URGENT!

MY SISTER'S STUPID PHONE IS SPOILED!! tell me, how are you suppose to use, if the menu button cant be pressed, up button cant be used, same goes for the left button. menu button is the MUST have for nokia!! how am i suppose to reply messages?? how am i suppose to do anythinggg???!! you need the menu button!! arghhH!! so until further notice, my phone is officially spoiled-.-'' goodbye!
